GV80 2.5T 2wd with Prestige and Advanced package

I have the GV80 2.5T 2wd with the Prestige and Advanced package and it is a fantastic SUV, I am very happy with it overall. I feel the value in comparison to the ML350 and X5 I had is very good. The GV80 does suffer from a lack of refinement that other luxury brands have from years of building cars. The engine stop and restart is rough, the accelerator is sometimes not as smooth as it should be and the adaptive cruise will accelerate hard when changing lanes(I have tried to make changes in the driving style function and it has not helped). On the plus side, the electronics and other drive controls are far superior and easy to use, I would like wireless apple car play though. The paint quality could be better, it chips and marks easily. One last wish, that the roof vent could be opened without the sun shield needing to be opened all the way. The service department is a huge letdown, it really hurts the brand and seems to be a common problem(I went to Braman Genesis in Miami). - 2.0

The car is ok hard to understand all its features. No one shows you how to use them. I am sure they would be great if you knew how to use them. I had to replace a tire nail, and they couldn’t find a tire to match the other three I am driving a $90,000 car with unmatched tries. Stupid. The quality is not the high standard like the BMW’s. The cabin is noisy. I only have 10,500 miles. It’s a year old. It’s a bad penny for me. I am Seriously thinking Of trading it. It's not worth the money. - 1.0
Good quality car, but terrible after service

The quality of the car include the performance, quality, service. Service play very important role of the overall car reputation. Genesis car has 5 stars quality, but because of the under 1 star service, I have to give them low rate and will not recommend to anyone. With the money paid for the luxury car, not worth to get all the headache due to the poor service.
